Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon.  
Category 1  : The Kailash Room & The Peacock Room. 
Category 2  : The Oriental Cottage & The Terrace Suite.

The above rates include breakfast.  

All prices above are in INR and exclusive of taxes.  
Government taxes are applicable and subject to change. 

Please note that the luxury tax is 10 % and service tax is currently 7.42 percent
We are charging a total of 17.42 percent (10% Luxury Tax + 7.42% Service Tax). 
An extra bed may be arranged at Rs. 800 (+taxes) per bed, per night.

* During the High Peak Season individual rooms are not let out. Guests must book the entire Villa for a minimum period of 14 nights. If you are interested in staying for a period less than 14 nights, do contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Food & Beverage
Fixed menus are offered at per head rates: Breakfast complimentary, Lunch/Dinner Rs. 700/- (inclusive of taxes). Lunch is served between 12.30 to 2.30 pm and Dinner is served between 8 to 10 pm for residents only.

Area blocking charges for lunch/dinner is Rs. 20,000 and is only applicable for residents that have booked the entire Noble Home.

Bar facility is not yet available. Personal liquor is permitted.

Facilities
There is car parking available for 10 cars and a driver dormitory available on a first-come first-serve basis. Driver meals are chargeable at Rs. 100 (inclusive of taxes).

Airport pick-up and drop facility is available and must be requested for at the time of booking. The charges vary from Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1800 (+ taxes) depending on the number of passengers and the type of car required (Non-AC/AC).

The swimming pool and spa facility is for residents only. Ayurvedic massages and rejuvenation programmes are available.
