Not the average rental villa, it was designed and built by a series of two Owners since 2000 for use as their second home. As a home, it is being spruced up and decorated as more art arrives. You will feel very much as if you are stepping into a private home rather than a rental villa.

The Team

Alisha, our villa manager meets and greets all the resident guests on arrival and leads the staffing team to meet the expectations of each guest.

Frazzer, our GM with his meticulous eye for detail ensures a smooth process for our guests.

Our ground staff works discreetly in maintaining the landscape and the pool without disturbing the guests.

The head steward, Laxman looks after all the service requests of the guests with Subhash, whilst the Chef delights the residents with Goan and other specialties.

Teja, the villa attendant is in-charge of housekeeping and laundry.

One security guard on-duty, to ensure the safety and security of the guests and the whole area.
