Booking Procedure
Please email us at reservations@ishavilasgoa.com.

Please email us with your group size, your dates of travel and your contact phone number and we will get back to you on the availability of accommodation you have enquired about. Our acknowledgement mail will contain the payment details along with the tentative confirmation of the reservation, the details of the room tariff and deposit required.

A deposit of 30% of the total room tariff is required at the time of booking. If the booking is within 10 weeks of the start of your holiday the full amount is due. We allow 2 days from the date of your enquiry for the booking form and monies to reach us. If we do not receive them within this time, our reservation system automatically releases the tentative booking.

On receipt of the full balance, we will send you a confirmation of your booking. Please note that all cancellations will be governed by our Cancellation Policy which is given below.
